Linval Thompson isn’t afraid of tasking risks for his art – look at the way he’s precariously balanced himself between those trees at least 2 feet off the ground, all in the name of album artwork. He could have scuffed his knee!
This came out in 1980 on Micron records and still maintains a classic roots style with some nice tunes. It’s a nice warm album cover that is totally devoid of any rasta imagery and looks more like something from a classic 60s Motown album cover.
Pretty hard to find the actual album now, but tracks from it are available on various compilation albums.
